STOTT PILATES is a series of exercises, progressive in nature, that help develop an individual’s flexibility, strength, and balance through precise and fluid movements. By utilizing proper form and control, the body is strengthened without adding bulk. Individuals will come away from each session feeling more aware of their posture and body as a whole.
STOTT PILATES helps with injury prevention by correcting over trained bodies and muscle imbalances. Improved performance in golf, skiing and running have been attributed to this type of training.

Led by one of our experienced instructors, our classes are available for either single, duet (2 persons), or small groups.
Mat Class – This series of excercises are performed on a mat in a prone, supine, or side-lying position. Various equipment can be introduced for additional resistance, modifications and intensity.
Reformer Class – A series of exercises, building on those learned in Mat Class, which are performed on a reformer. The reformer is an apparatus utilizing a carriage that glides on rails, springs for resistance, and straps for upper and lower body specifically. All sessions are on a one-on-one basis. In addition to benefits gained from Mat Classes, reformer training includes the following benefits:
