Pilates Reformer Class

Pilates reformer is for those individuals who are new to Pilates. In this class you will learn the basic principles behind Pilates work and create a strong foundation to build your Pilates practice. This class focuses on body alignment, pelvis stability, breathing, initiating and building abdominal strength, flexibility, and elongating muscles groups to enable efficient movement. This class is also ideal for those who wish to review the Pilates Fundamentals to ensure accuracy and stability before moving toward more advanced work.

Gain Strength with Suspension
