Although classically trained, her style definitely leads more towards contemporary!

I fell in love with Pilates back in 2006, when I discovered it wasn’t just a workout—it was a game-changer for how my body felt and moved. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong practice that strengthened me from the inside out.
In 2016, I officially stepped into the role of instructor and haven’t looked back since. Over the years, Pilates paired with strength training has become my way of life. I love blending the precision, control, and mindful movement of Pilates with the power and confidence that comes from strength work. The result? Classes that build strong, resilient bodies while still honoring mobility, balance, and longevity.
My goal is to help clients feel capable, empowered, and at home in their bodies—whether that means lifting heavier, moving better, or simply feeling stronger in everyday life. Expect smart movement, a little sweat, and a lot of encouragement along the way.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for 9 years! When I started taking Pilates classes, I did a lot of running and weight training (which is great), but I wanted something incorporating more stretching, alignment, and mind-body connection. It was the results, the teachers, and the clients that made it my passion. When I’m not at Pilates, I’m either outside or traveling with my husband and baby girl!

Hi, I’m Lauren—co-founder of Studio 3 and someone who’s always found joy in movement. My background is in weight training, but I wanted something to complement that routine—something that would strengthen my core, improve mobility, and help me feel more balanced in my body. That’s when I discovered reformer Pilates. I loved how it challenged me in a completely different way—but with the closest studio out of town, fitting it into my schedule while working full time became nearly impossible. When I started hearing others in the Jackson community say they wished we had something like this closer to home, I had a (slightly) crazy idea... why not start a studio here? Studio 3 Pilates was created to fill that gap—a space for strength, connection, and growth, right here in the community we love!
