Cancellation policy.

Our class sizes are small to give each client the attention they deserve. To be fair to our instructors and members, please review our cancellation policy below:

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

  • 6-Hour Cancellation Window: You must cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid a penalty. This helps ensure all members have fair access to limited reformer spots.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 6 hours of class start time, it will be considered a late cancellation.

    • Class pack holders will lose one class credit.

    • 4x, 8x, 12x Monthly memberships will lose one class credit.

    • Unlimited members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend class and do not cancel, it will be considered a no-show.

    • Class pack holders will lose one class credit. 

    • 4x, 8x, 12x Monthly memberships will lose one class credit. 

    • Unlimited members will be charged a $10 no-show fee

*Because unlimited memberships don’t have a set number of classes to deduct from, no-shows and late cancellations are handled a little differently. Instead of losing a class credit, unlimited members are charged a $10 fee.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be automatically added to the class up to 2 hours before start. Please only stay on the waitlist if you can attend, or remove yourself to avoid a late cancel penalty.

  • If a spot opens within 2 hours of class, a text and/or email will be sent based on your communication settings, and the spot will go to whoever signs up first.

PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS

  • Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

HOW TO CANCEL

  • Cancellations must be made through the Studio 3 Pilates app or your online account. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media.
