Cancellation policy.
We keep our class sizes small to give each client the attention they deserve. To be fair to our instructors and fellow members, please review and respect our cancellation policy below:
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
12-Hour Cancellation Window: You must cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a penalty. This helps ensure all members have fair access to limited reformer spots.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of class start time, it will be considered a late cancellation.
Class pack holders will lose one class credit.
Monthly memberships will lose one class credit.
Unlimited members will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. (*Note: Unlimited Memberships include one late cancellation or no-show per month)
No-Shows: If you do not attend class and do not cancel, it will be considered a no-show.

WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If you’re moved into the class more than 12 hours before start time, standard cancellation rules apply.
If you’re added to the class within 12 hours, we’ll notify you via email or text. If you no longer plan to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid penalties.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
HOW TO CANCEL
Cancellations must be made through the Studio 3 Pilates app or your online account. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media.
