WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called the reformer. With smooth gliding movements, spring resistance, and targeted exercises, it builds core strength, improves flexibility, enhances posture, and tones from head to toe. The reformer adds both support and challenge, making each movement more intentional—and more effective.  Whether you're brand new to movement or already obsessed with fitness, the reformer meets you where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Before Class

Arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around and get you set up. Bring water, grippy socks (required), and let your instructor know about any injuries or limitations—we’ll offer modifications to keep you moving safely and confidently.

p.s. if you don't have grippy socks, we have them for sale in the studio.

  • During Class

Each 50-minute class focuses on  controlled movements that build strength, improve stability, and challenge every muscle group. With just 8 reformers, expect personalized guidance, hands-on support, and an instructor who’s truly in your corner.

  • After Class

Refuel with water, stretch for a few minutes, and eat something protein-rich to support recovery. Still sore tomorrow? Try foam rolling or light movement like walking to keep things loose and flowing.
