Cancellation & Waitlist Policy.

To keep the booking experience fair and seamless for everyone, please review our updated cancellation and waitlist policy below:
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
8-Hour Cancellation Window
You must cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid a penalty. This helps ensure all members have fair access to limited reformer spots and gives waitlisted clients an opportunity to join class.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 8 hours of class start time, it will be considered a late cancellation.
• Class pack holders will lose one class credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee
• 4x, 8x, and 12x monthly memberships will lose one class credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee
• Unlimited members will incur a $10 late cancellation fee
No-Shows
If you do not attend class and do not cancel, it will be considered a no-show.
• Class pack holders will lose one class credit and incur a $15 no-show fee
• 4x, 8x, and 12x monthly memberships will lose one class credit and incur a $15 no-show fee
• Unlimited members will incur a $15 no-show fee
WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you may join the ranked waitlist.
• Clients will be automatically added into class from the waitlist up until 8 hours before class start time
• Within 8 hours of class, any open spots will become first come, first served through text and/or email notifications based on your communication settings
• Please only remain on the waitlist for classes you are able to attend, as the 8-hour cancellation policy will still apply once you are added into class
HOW TO CANCEL
Cancellations must be made through the Studio 3 Pilates app or your online account. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media.
We also encourage clients to check in using the Studio 3 Pilates app or the kiosk at the front desk upon arrival to avoid a no-show penalty.
