Studio Updates March 2026
We have a few exciting updates to share this month at Studio 3! We’re thrilled to introduce our new instructors, share a quick feedback form so we can continue building the best experience, and pass along a few helpful studio reminders and notes.
Meet Our New Instructors!
Ashley Wilson
Ashley discovered her love for Pilates after many years as a dedicated student before stepping into teaching. She believes Pilates is a powerful, transformative practice that offers benefits for every body and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their movement. Whether someone is brand new or experienced in their practice, her goal is to create supportive, welcoming sessions that help clients build strength, gain confidence, and develop a stronger connection to their movement.
Peri Jacobs
Peri has been teaching Pilates for 9 years! When she started taking Pilates classes, she did a lot of running and weight training, but she wanted something incorporating more stretching, alignment, and mind-body connection. It was the results, the teachers, and the clients that made it her passion. When Peri is not at Pilates, she’s either outside or traveling with her husband and baby girl!
We Want Your Feedback
Your feedback means a lot to us as we continue building the Studio 3 community. If you have a minute, we’d love for you to fill out the quick form below and share your thoughts. Your input helps us continue improving the experience for everyone.
A Few Quick Notes
Spring Break Schedule
This week is spring break and Easter, so you may notice a few less classes on the schedule. Don’t worry, we will be back in full swing next week!
New Classes Added
With the addition of our new instructors, we have added Sunday afternoons (1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm) and Thursday evenings (4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 pm) to our schedule! Also, keep your eye out for our monthly Reformer Flow pop up with Tamra :)
Sock Policy
Just a quick reminder that grip socks are required for all reformer classes. They help keep you secure on the equipment and maintain a clean, sanitary studio for everyone. If you happen to forget yours, no worries—we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.
