We wanted to share a few updates as we head into summer at Studio 3. As always, we're so grateful for your continued support, feedback, and energy as our community continues to grow
Here’s what’s new this June:
DON’T FORGET: Updated Cancellation + Waitlist Policies Begin June 15
As shared recently, our updated cancellation and waitlist policies officially go into effect June 15. These updates were created directly from your feedback and are designed to create a smoother booking experience and more opportunities to get into class.

Intermediate Classes Are Here
We heard your feedback and are excited to begin adding more intermediate classes to the schedule on Wednesdays, Sundays, and select Saturdays — with advanced classes planned for the future as well!
If you sign up for an intermediate class, please make sure you have taken 10+ reformer classes prior to attending. Bringing a guest? Please make sure they have also completed 10+ reformer classes before joining.
Tamra’s Monthly Reformer Flow Pop-Ups
Tamra’s Reformer Flow pop-up classes will take place every last Sunday of the month
To allow all membership booking windows a fair opportunity to reserve a spot, these classes will be added to the schedule 7 days before class.
NEW: Studio Restore with Peri
Peri is now offering Studio Restore on Sundays — your Sunday reset designed to help you slow down, stretch deeply, and release built-up tension from the week.
Expect a restorative class focused on recovery, mobility, and leaving you feeling refreshed for the week ahead
Allie’s Sunday 5:30PM Classes
We’re excited to share that Allie’s Sunday evening classes are here to stay! You can now continue booking her 5:30PM Sunday classes in the schedule.
We can’t wait for everything ahead this summer and are so grateful to have you as part of the Studio 3 community.
